Once installed inside your LH2.4 EZK box, this board allows you to replace the distributor with a wasted spark coil-lead-plug system. This upgrade improves fuel efficiency, provides more stable ignition timing, delivers a stronger spark, and eliminates the need for cap and rotor replacements. Provides also better running characteristics for gas (LPG) powered engines.
Many users have reported fuel economy improvements of 10% to 30% compared to the stock ignition system, though actual results may vary.
To complete the setup, you'll need to provide coils and ignitors. Ignition Amplifier Bosch 0 227 100 200, Coil - Bosch 0 221 503 407. Instructions with wiring harness guide are provided, however a kit with mounting plate and wiring harness is listed as option
The board is built with all surface-mounted components and features a built-in programming header, allowing for software updates at any time. However, this is not a simple plug-and-play installation—you will need to wire and mount the new coil(s), open the EZK box, and solder connections at specific points.
